What support is available?

When it comes to support we have a range of options and services to suit your needs. For day to day queries, our Support Team are available via email from 8.30 AM to 5 PM AEST/AEDT Monday to Friday.

If you feel like a refresher on the software, we offer both free and paid training sessions throughout the year. These sessions are hosted by our highly experienced team members, and cover a range of topics so you stay on top of your game.  We can also arrange dedicated paid support for you and your team if you need specific training or assistance.

We also host weekly training webinars, covering a range of topics including new features. Head over to our Training page to register for free.
