No one likes paperwork, let alone stacks of paper expense reports floating around. That’s assuming the receipts have been sorted and attached to the right report!
Our expense module will allow you to reduce your paperwork, and will give you and your employees easy access to old receipts when required. Not sure what your employees spent $300.00 on back in September?
For those who haven’t seen how it works, we’ve put together a couple of screenshots to help.
Your employees can add in the details of each individual expense, including notes about what the expense was for, and then attach a scanned copy of the receipt to each dollar amount.
The approver will receive an email with the expense report attached, and just like a timesheet, it can be quickly approved for payment.
Alternatively, approvers can log in and see all expenses that are awaiting approval and easily review the details before approving.
Once the expenses are approved, they can still be accessed in the future as required.
