What can you get support for
The Support Team are available to help customers with day-to-day queries on how to use the software and also to log any software bugs. Normally the support query will be dealt with within 20 minutes, however if the query is more complex in nature and requires training you will need to purchase time and book this in. We can discuss options with you at any time.
