Improvements

Clearer Payroll Record Removal

Payroll > Process Payroll

When you click the remove button (‘x’) on payroll records when processing payroll, a dialog will now appear explaining the action that will occur.
In some cases, such as when removing a payroll record generated from a Timesheet, you now have the option to ‘Pay Later’ or to ‘Never Pay’ – the latter will also prevent this item from reappearing when recalculating.  

You are also able to cancel the removal if you clicked the ‘x’ button accidently or don’t like the proposed action(s).

New Fixed Timesheet Start Date

Users > Employees > [Employee] > [Job] > Job Details > Timesheet Settings

We’re making it easier to see and set when Fixed Timesheets start for a Job. There is now a ‘Fixed Timesheet Start Date’ which appears once enabling Fixed Timesheets for a Job.
