Improvements

Updated Employee, Approver and Staff/Admin Pages

Users > [ Employees / Approvers / Staff/Admins ]

The updated User pages allow you to easily view the Employment Type and Status of Employees without having to open up each Employee profile.  We’ve also added improved filtering options and the ability to export a list of Employees, Approvers or Staff.

Timesheet Importers Now Use Optional Job External ID

Config > Payroll > [ Import Timesheets / CSV Timesheet Importer ]

If you have inbound external Timesheet IDs set-up for Jobs within your portal, these will now be used when importing Timesheets instead of the existing Job Code field. This affects both Import Timesheets and CSV Timesheet Importer functions – which are used by Fieldglass, Skillstream and Ariba. There is no change to the existing behaviour when external Job Timesheet IDs are not configured.

Restrict Recruiter Permissions

Users > Recruiters > [Recruiter] > System Access

You are now able to restrict Recruiters to only be able to edit information of Employees assigned to them. If you enable this feature, you can restore existing permissions by checking “User may edit information for all employees” on the Recruiter profile. Please contact Client Services to enable this within your portal.
