Questions we're often asked
How are plans charged?
The Cancel Anytime plan requires no commitment but costs a bit more. The 12, 24 and 36 month plans are a fixed price for a fixed number of employees for a fixed period of time and come with some hefty discounts.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. When the number of your employees is greater than your plan size the extras are charged individually but at a slightly higher price. When that happens give us a call to increase the fixed price plan with a lower cost.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes. You can cancel a plan at any time. We’ll be sad to see you go but will respect your decision. As you would expect there is a cancellation fee but this is all discussed with you upfront so there are no surprises.
How does the free plan work?
Got 10 or fewer employees? You don’t have to pay a thing. We’ll provide guides to help you, but can’t provide training or support. Training and support can, however, be purchased at any time so you’re covered.
What does implementation cost?
It depends on the size of your workforce and the complexity of your requirements like pay awards, allowances, leave and invoicing. We have a few plans to select from with price ranges to suit all sizes.
How quickly can I be up and running?
It depends on the size of your workforce, as well as your availability. Small simple businesses can be up and running in days but most should expect an implementation project time of at least 8 to 10 weeks.
Is my data secure?
Yes. For the geeks out there, we use 256-bit SSL encryption, tier 1 data centres, multi-location backups and data mirroring relays. For everyone else, rest assured we are as secure as your online banking.
Do I still own my data?
Yes. At all times you own your data and have full access to retrieve it whenever you want. We even have a ‘data dump’ feature that exports pretty much everything for you to do as you please.
