Implementing Astute Payroll software into your Business
As part of the implementation process we’ll look at how you run your business and make sure what we deliver fits with the way you work. Whether you have five or five thousand employees, we’ll configure our software to work closely with your existing processes, infrastructure and automation.

Includes importing any existing data, implementing any custom reports, and integrating any agreed third party applications.
We run a comprehensive training program to get your users up to speed online, in-person, or at our capital cities workshops.
We create a sandbox environment for testing and and correct any issues with you before the final go-live.
After go-live we continue to fine-tune your configuration settings and respond to any issues that may arise.
We review the application against predefined success criteria and verify everything is running smoothly.

Light Implementation Programme
Are you a small business and/or have simple HR, payroll, and invoicing processes? Then this programme is for you. It provides a base level of training and implementation support to get you up and running with the Astute Payroll software quickly and at minimal cost.
Standard Implementation Programme
Run by a dedicated Project Manager this programme is designed for small and medium sized businesses with complex HR, payroll, and invoicing processes such as pay and award interpretations, multiple business entities, complex invoicing, budgeting, and integrations with other applications.
Enterprise Implementation programme
More than 250 employees and/or or a highly complex back office requires a tailored programme to support your business requirements. We will run an onsite discovery process with your leadership team then produce a written report of recommendations, a custom proposal, and a statement of work.
